What is a repetitive dream?
Repeated dreams are those that occur frequently in dreams, have the same or similar content, or have the same theme. Both psychoanalysts and medical scientists attach great importance to such dreams. Such dreams often occur in people with various physical and mental disorders and are often a harbinger of a certain physical illness.
From a psychological perspective, it is usually a manifestation of the theme and tone of a lifetime's life, and is often the key to understanding the psychological crux of his or her unhealthy life style. Like a 15-year-old girl who grew up in a harsh environment. Her father was an alcoholic and often beat her roughly, and her mother was also corrupt. The poor girl often lacked food and clothing. Since she was 10 years old, she has committed suicide twice, but neither of them has been achieved. As long as she can remember, she has often had the following dreams:
She fell into a big pit herself and was very afraid. She tried every means to climb out. She had already grabbed the edge of the pit several times. However, someone came over and stepped on her hand, so she had to let go again. Hand again, fell to the bottom of the pit.
If the above-mentioned dream only occurs once for the girl, it can be regarded as the dreamer's fear in a specific difficult environment. However, if it occurs repeatedly, it obviously sets the tragic tone of the girl's life.
